I’ve just had my first massage with Tracy. I have terrible pain in my legs and shoulders and lower back due to the work I do and after my visit the improvement was absolutely amazing and will definitely be returning. It was superb and possibly the longest massage I've ever had, along with one of the most relaxing. Tracy really understands the connection with fascia, muscles and chronic pain and I trusted her approach to not upset my (very) sensitive system. I felt more mobile than I had in a while, especially in the neck and shoulders, and shall plan to make it a regular thing.
