Reiki is a non-invasive, very gentle therapy using the body’s natural energy for health and well-being, relaxation, anxiety and stress reduction. You can either lie on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair while I place my hands either above the body or gently on the body in various positions whilst channeling energy.
Reiki promotes healing by activating the relaxation response and helping the body to balance itself from a very deep level and is a spiritual healing practice that supports overall balance.
How to prepare for your Reiki treatment:
Come in some comfortable clothing so you can relax on the massage table. You can have blankets and cushions (which I will provide) to make you as comfortable as possible, or if you prefer, we can do the treatment with you seated in a chair.
