Who am I, and why the heck would you want a treatment from me?
Hi, I’m Tracy
My work is centred around helping people feel more at ease in their bodies — whether that means easing pain, improving movement, supporting recovery, or simply creating space to slow down and breathe.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Every body tells a different story, and my role is to listen — not just to what you say, but to how your body responds.
My Background & Experience
I come from a strong background in bodywork, movement, and therapeutic care. As a qualified Pilates teacher, my understanding of movement and alignment naturally informs the way I approach massage.
This means I don’t just treat symptoms — I look at how you move, how you hold tension, and what your body needs to function more comfortably long-term. Whether you’re active, desk-bound, pregnant, recovering from injury, or managing ongoing tension, treatments are shaped around you.
I love learning! I do courses just for the sake of doing them and learning something new, and then love trying out my new skills. My family and friends are very patient acting as guinea pigs for me.
